Okay I think there’s been enough skirting around the issue of what we’ve been doin, and examining the opportunity, the small window between now and christmas to establish

Here is my business outlook

cd / dvd duplication: Still a mainstay of the business, handled mainly by staff. Will look to expand incrementally if opportunity provides.

printing: will look to expand both printing and flyer and poster distribution in Auckland, not aggressively, but rather focussing on cpacity and having a new person who becomes increasingly responsible for these jobs and as an extention, possibly dealing with graphic design and other jobs related

Music Marketing: Music marketing is now something I want to be more selective about, but at the same time, it still represents the best possibility of expansion, the key as with many things is delegation and bringing on board or up to speed staff who can address client needs. At the same time, the international exchange rate is not that favourable to international business.

Perhaps I’ll be looking at more online opportunities in small business marketing for local auckland business.

Video: Online Video, like music marketing requires a fair amount of client interaction - but unlike music, still requires a lot of work for me to bring the level of content I’m offerig up.

Pirate Birthday Party Entertainment: this has been rather quiet while I have not been pushing this service in particular while I have been working on my personal projects.

This is just a brief outline that suggests optimizing and improving on the cd dvd duplication based and print based parts of the business that appear to already be running well will be the main focus, but if I want to make significantly more money I will have to expand the marketing part of my business by expanding marketing staff and organising the business I do do better.

But then thre’s also my fledgling talent agency which I hope to bring together with my video services.

I think what I need to be thinking about is how to begin leveraging my marketing services working alongside other businesses or on certain projects to expand new long term business opportunities
