So my net’s still going in the new old office so I guess I’ll keep laying down a few more posts!

So yes still thinking about strategies for small business marketing and development - our key services are DVD and CD duplication, colour printing, online vide marketing and production, online music marketing services and dressing up as pirates - honestly!

So I want to manage my staff who provide various online marketing services more effectively.

That means that not only my clients receive better results but I am also able to fine tune a more effective online marketing campaign by

- improving website design

- continue to maintain SEO and article marketing activities

- create more online video on youtube promoting services we offer

- and possibly more social media leverage

So once the sites are looking really professional and we’ve done lots of seo and the sites include great video then we should really be at a level to increase advertising and get some great results.

So it’s all pretty straightforward really. At that point I may require assistance in online marketing services, but the fact that i’ll be connected and mobile means I’ll be able to manage this in a much more dynamic way.

Waiting around for any reason doesn’t become a big issue as long as I’m connected, but it really is important to stay on top of my outsourcing team by giving them proper instructions on how to tackle design, providing regular articles for them to publish and giving clear instructions also for all the video production and marketing for youtube and such.

At that point new options begin to present themselves in terms of moving forward with video and music marketing to a larger scale.
