now for turnover times

up to 500 discs with no packaging or a simple sleeve can be completed in 24 hours

up to a 1000 discs including an insert or case can be completed within 48 hours

but all orders over 1000 or including full jewel case with inserts both back and front will require at least 3 days.

but most jobs under 200 discs can be completed overnight.

the trick to helping us get your discs done as quickly as possible is to get us your disc art to us as soon as possible as this is the most intensive and time consuming part of the job.

You can either email your art for both your packaging and disc art to us at kurbpromo@gmail.com or send it with your master on a seperate disc = preferably a pdf or jpg, or other similar photoshop formats, try to avoid standalone disc design software as these are often incompatible with other programs.

The most important things to remember when preparing your images for print is that they are in proportion and that they are high resolution.

The disc art should be a circle which we can proportion to just under 12cm in diameter, while each panel of your insert will be 12cm square. A DVD label is the same size as a CD label but the cover is 27cm wide back and front, and 18.5 cm high.

If you are choosing a full jewel case just remember that this is 15 cm wide when you account for the spines.

But also don’t forget, if you’re no wizard on graphic design software, just send us your pictures and title, we’re happy to throw something simple together for you for a better overall presentation absolutely free, but you do want impressive and professional look, we can offer you a professional design from just $80.

The next step is that we will need your master disc – the disc should be provided as you want it returned, but we are able to accept data files, mp3’s and wav files online through services such as yousendit or soundcloud. Remember if you need changes tp yout master disc or it needs to reformatted from data to audio or dvd video, you must let us know.
