Business Development in Duplication, Printing, Marketing Services

So moving on for plans in promotions, marketing, duplication and replication, printing and all the services we offer so cheaply to auckland, new zealand and beyond . . .

It’s time to get really stuck in for how we’re going to play our business development in 2011.


The plan behind the shop was always to have it dictated by our relative prosperity.

Our relative prosperity remains high so as long as this continues it won’t be long before we’re eyeing up a new space and looking for a chance to get our retail operation and service depot for all our cd dvd duplication, printing and copying services set up as well as all the great poster and flyer printing deals we offer, a1, a2, a3, a4, a5 - on card, glossy, whatever your printing needs we’ll be there to arrange the order and delivery at a competitive price.

But we are going to win the fight this year to not do too much, it’s about finding balance between making hay when these opportunities exist, and realising there’s no need at this stage to be concerned about being neglectful of my business, business development can’t come at the cost of personal development right now because I can’t afford it.

But if we continue to do well we will continue to look at suitable physical location

In that time we will look at taking our cd and dvd replication and duplication services from auckland and new zealand and begin to offer these services in Australia, focusing on the main centres of sydney, melbourne, and brisbane.

The assistant is the first thing to take charge of the marketing situation, get that running smoothely again.

So really at that stage we just need to bolster our marketing in the areas we are prepared to develop - cd dvd duplication, replication and australian cd dvd reproduction services, video production, pirate birthday entertainment, and our other entertainment brands.

I don’t want to do that just by spending restless energy focused on this blog, blogging keywords, auckland, cheap, printing, cd duplication, dvd duplication etc - you get the picture.

I think we can do some quality linking campaigns also, article marketing, and also do follow commenting, and whatever else is available for SEO purposes. Maybe we will consider writing some better content if we can work out what to do with it.

Part of that will be following up web design for some of my other sites and pushing forward with video.

There isn’t really much to do this year, should everything continue to be normal. Get an assistant / intern who can assist me to build all our online services and marketing back up; get a shop or physical retail and service space; continue to push out marketing and promotions for our cd duplication / dvd copying, dvd repliction and australian business.

That’s our plan for 2011 based on no new significant opportunities or any prolonged slumps in business, both of which are likely to present themselves at some stage this year.

So if we have an assistant, a shop, and marketing campaigns that allow us to be selling cd and dvd replication as well as cd dvd duplication in new zealand and australia, if we have that all sorted by 2012 I will be stoked!

What does it really matter whether we have videos up or what our websites look like from the business point of view - not the personal preference - if we are still making the same profit or more from our cd dvd duplication and posters / flyers / colour printing and copying and we’re continuing to add the income stream from our marketing services and pirate birthday parties?
